Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item meets the following conditions:

  • Original packaging and tags are intact
  • Proof of purchase (order ID) is provided
  • Item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival

Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Pre-order and wholesale items (unless defective)

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp or email within 7 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide your order ID and reason for return with photos if applicable
  3. Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days
  4. If approved, we will arrange pickup or provide return instructions

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days via your original payment method.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping cost.
